Unsatisfactory

Purchased these with the canbus error decoder and they flicker but worst of all when on low beam and you use the cars flash function which turns on the high, the beam comes on but takes seconds before returning to low beam!!
The bulb seam ok without the canbus decoders but I get lamp errors!
Have tried on many times to contact Katur for a refund with no response and the email address they provide [****] is inactive!
